Read These YA Novels

i read yaToday begins a week of Young Adult book love from Scholastic, because it turns out that a lot of people read YA and want to talk about it! We are included. Get the details on how to participate in I Read YA week (there are fun quizzes, author interviews and new book recommendations). Speaking of new books, here are twitter-sized reviews of three of our latest favorites:
We Are the Goldens by Dana Reinhardt. The haunting writing in this suspenseful contemporary YA will keep you up late into the night to finish. (No wonder we’re tired today!)

Life by Committee by Corey Ann Haydu. There is so much serious swooning in this book, and so much angst, and so much heartache. And also happiness and more swooning. Convinced?

Fly on the Wall by E. Lockhart. Yes, everyone is buzzing about her latest, We Were Liars, and it’s awesome. BUT, this older one is funny, sweet and insightful — pick it up.
