We’ve loved the blog My Mom the Style Icon for quite awhile. Snapshots of maternal types before they became, well… Moms? They’re impressively fashionable. No, seriously!

And now there’s a book that captures over 200 vintage images. Curator/author Piper Weiss does an amazing job showcasing high style throughout the decades and sharing poignant stories, along with lots of fashion details. It’s a winning mix.
